CIPHER

CIPHER — Built Stronger. Designed Smarter.

Designed for the Statement Home. Engineered to Disappear.

Floor-to-ceiling glass. Almost no frame. Built for openings that redefine a space.

CIPHER is PROCURAL's super-premium aluminium sliding door, built for luxury villas, penthouses, and high-end hospitality projects where the glass should read as architecture, not the frame. A heavy duty aluminium sliding door engineered for the largest openings, it carries oversized panels on precision hardware and can run on automatic drive at the touch of a button.
Built on a 194 mm frame with 72 mm sashes, CIPHER accommodates sash sizes up to 4000 × 4000 mm and weights up to 500 kg manual or 700 kg automatic, placing it among the most capable large opening aluminium sliding doors available. The frame can be concealed on all four sides, leaving only a slim interlock visible, while triple glazing from 56 mm to 60 mm delivers thermal and acoustic performance to match the scale.
Tested for air tightness up to Class 4, water tightness up to Class E900, wind resistance up to 1200 Pa, and resistance to wind load up to Class C2/B3, CIPHER is engineered to perform as a premium insulated slider (Uf 1.96 W/m²K) across the most demanding luxury projects.

Why CIPHER Stands Apart

  • Glass That Becomes the Architecture - With the frame concealed on all four sides and only a slim interlock visible, CIPHER turns a wall into an uninterrupted plane of glass — floor-to-ceiling views with almost no visible frame.
  • Built for the Largest Openings - Supporting sash sizes up to 4000 × 4000 mm and weights up to 500 kg manual or 700 kg automatic, CIPHER moves oversized panels with a fingertip, or on automatic drive.
  • Performance to Match the Scale - Triple glazing up to 60 mm, a thermal break (Uf 1.96 W/m²K), and tested air, water, and wind performance make CIPHER as capable against climate and noise as it is striking to look at.
  • Engineered for Effortless Living - Manual or automatic drive compatibility, precision hardware, and heavy-duty rollers deliver smooth, stable operation on even the largest luxury openings.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

Built for Larger Openings

The wall opens up almost entirely, and the system holds.

Thermal Break Built In

The frame stops heat from walking straight through the aluminium, so AC stays in and harsh sun stays out.

Triple Glazing Ready

Triple glazed acoustic and high-performance glass units fit without compromise.

Manual or Automatic

Manual hardware for everyday operation, automatic drive for the heaviest panels. The door scales with the project.

Heavy Panels, Light Movement

Robust profiles carry sashes up to 500 kg manual / 700 kg automatic, and they still glide — large spans that move with a fingertip.

Enhanced Interlock Design

Wider interlocks add rigidity to the panel and improve wind load performance on tall openings.

Smooth Sliding Mechanism

Heavy-duty rollers move even the largest sashes without strain.

Weather and Water Resistance

Integrated sealing and drainage keep wind, air, and water outside.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about this topic.

The combination of size, insulation, and operation. Sashes go up to W 4000 x H 4000 mm, the thermal break keeps the frame energy efficient, and the system takes automatic drive hardware for sashes too heavy to slide by hand. It is built for projects where the door is part of the design statement.
Yes. CIPHER uses a thermal break in the frame to reduce heat transfer between inside and outside. The Uf value is 1.96 W/m²K, which makes a real difference in AC-heavy interiors and harsh climate zones.
Yes. Glass thickness ranges from 56 mm to 60 mm, which covers most triple glazed acoustic and high-performance configurations.
Yes. As an automatic sliding door aluminium system, manual hardware carries sashes up to 500 kg and automatic drive systems carry sashes up to 700 kg. Useful for very large panels or accessibility-focused projects.
The 25 mm interlocks and slim sightlines on the meeting stile give CIPHER a near-frameless feel from inside, with the structural strength of a full aluminium frame doing the real work behind the glass.
Yes. The thermal break, multi-chamber profile, and triple glazing compatibility together make CIPHER a properly insulated aluminium sliding door suited to AC-heavy interiors and energy-conscious projects.
W 4000 x H 4000 mm per panel. Four metres each way, on a single sash.
Yes. Wind resistance is rated up to Class C2/B3, air tightness up to Class 4, and water tightness up to Class E900. It is built for high-floor terraces and exposed openings.
Yes. CIPHER is positioned as the premium aluminium door system Indian specifiers choose for luxury villas, signature high-rises, and commercial projects where the door has to perform and look the part.
