UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL
Designed for Scale. Engineered for Height.
Factory-built panels. Faster installation. Built for the towers that define a skyline.
The Unitized Curtain Wall is PROCURAL's modular structural glazing system, built for high-rise towers, large commercial developments, and institutional buildings where scale and speed matter. Rather than being assembled piece by piece on site, complete panels are built and quality-checked in the factory, then lifted into place, giving a facade engineered for height, wind, and tight programme control.
Built on a modular concept, the system accommodates single glass and Insulated Glass Units, and carries a unique in-built hinged sash that prevents glass from falling out under extreme wind pressure. Panels arrive as finished units and lock to the structure, cutting time on scaffolding and reducing the number of trades working at height.
Because every high-rise facade is different, the Unitized system is engineered bespoke — wind pressure, fixing points, and external features are designed to the specific building, delivered with EN-standard test data and PRISM traceability.
