PROCURAL's roots trace back to 1994 and the founding of Ponzio Polska, part of the Laumann Group, one of Europe's leading fenestration engineering groups. Three decades of European aluminium systems engineering form the foundation of every PROCURAL product.
From a 2005 office and faade expansion to a prototype workshop in 2007, the Ponzio business steadily grew its capability, scaling production and warehousing and adding new technical offices in 2020 and a vertical coating line in 2021.
In 2023, the Laumann Group acquired a majority stake in the Ponzio business, bringing decades of European engineering, manufacturing scale, and R&D under one group. That heritage is what PROCURAL carries into India.
In 2024, PROCURAL launched in India, bringing European-engineered aluminium systems, adapted for Indian conditions, to architects, builders, and fabricators. A new chapter built on a proven European foundation.
Across 2024 and 2025, PROCURAL established its Indian corporate office and warehousing facility, putting product, supply, and technical support in place to serve projects across India.
In May 2025, PROCURAL launched Neo, its first sliding system for the Indian market and the product that brought European-engineered performance to local projects. Neo set the standard for the PROCURAL range that followed.
In December 2025, PROCURAL presented its product portfolio at the ZAK Doors & Windows Expo, followed by FFI and co-branded fabricator events, where architects, builders, and fabricators saw the systems first-hand.
In February 2026, PROCURAL inaugurated its Experience Centre in India and grew to 25+ fabricators channel partners across India. Backed by technical seminars and project support, PROCURAL continues to scale across key Indian markets.
