AURA SLIDE is PROCURAL's imported lift and slide aluminium door, built for luxury villas, penthouses, and hospitality projects where large, uninterrupted glass is the goal. The sash lifts clear of its seal before it moves, so even a heavy panel glides effortlessly, then drops back onto the seal for a tight, weatherproof close.
Built with frame depths of 160/154 mm for 2-rail and 247/241 mm for 3-rail and a 67 mm sash, AURA SLIDE accommodates sash sizes up to 3300 × 3000 mm or 2300 × 3500 mm and weights up to 300/400 kg per panel, running up to eight sashes in a single opening. A corner floating mullion option lets two runs of glass meet without a structural column, and a low-threshold option gives a flush transition between inside and out.
Tested for air tightness up to Class 4, water tightness up to Class 9A, and wind resistance up to Class C3/B5, AURA SLIDE is engineered as an insulated lift and slide door (Uf from 1.8 W/m²K, Uw down to 1.0 W/m²K with triple glazing) and carries Class RC2 burglary resistance in accordance with EN 1627.
Advanced lifting hardware moves heavy panels with a light touch. The sash lifts off the seal to slide, then drops back to lock in place.
Engineered to carry heavy panels per sash. Large-dimension constructions with multiple sashes are part of the standard spec.
For sashes too heavy to operate manually, AURA SLIDE accepts automatic drive systems. Useful for accessibility-focused projects and very large panels.
The corner glass sliding door aluminium floating mullion solution lets two runs of sliding glass meet at a corner with no visible vertical post. The room opens completely on both sides.
