Procural Group India

Purpose

At Procural Group India, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integral to our values and business strategy. We are committed to conducting our business ethically, responsibly, and sustainably while contributing meaningfully to society and the environment.

Objective

This CSR Policy outlines our commitment to contribute to the economic, environmental, and social development of the communities we operate in. Our key objectives include:

  • Promoting education and digital literacy.

  • Advancing healthcare and hygiene awareness.

  • Supporting environmental sustainability.

  • Empowering underprivileged communities.

Applicability

This policy applies to all employees, partners, vendors, and stakeholders of Procural Group India and covers all CSR activities undertaken within the territory of India in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014.

CSR Focus Areas

Our CSR efforts will be directed towards the following areas, in alignment with Schedule VII of the Companies Act:
a. Education & Skill Development
  • Supporting education for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
  • Promoting vocational training and digital literacy.
b. Healthcare & Sanitation
  • Conducting health camps and awareness programs.
  • Supporting menstrual hygiene and access to clean drinking water.
c. Environment & Sustainability
  • Tree plantation drives, waste management, and promoting green energy.
  • Encouraging water conservation and eco-friendly practices.
d. Community Empowerment
  • Women empowerment initiatives.
  • Promoting rural development and supporting livelihoods.

CSR Governance Structure

CSR Committee (if applicable)
If required by law, a CSR Committee will be constituted comprising directors/executives of the company. The committee will:
  • Recommend CSR activities and budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of CSR projects.
  • Submit annual reports on CSR performance.
Implementation: 
CSR initiatives may be implemented directly by Procural Group India or through registered NGOs, government agencies, or third-party experts.

Budget Allocation

Procural Group India will allocate a minimum of 2% of its average net profits (as per the Companies Act) towards CSR activities in each financial year. Any unspent amount will be dealt with in accordance with statutory requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Regular tracking of CSR projects through KPIs and impact assessments.

  • Annual CSR disclosures in the Director’s Report and on the company website.

  • Financial audits of CSR spend to ensure compliance and transparency.

Review & Amendments


This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as required to reflect changing regulations, business priorities, and community needs.
